Project Description PE, ROW acquisition, and construction of a comprehensive greenway system (alternative mode of
transportation) for the City of Goodlettsville. This project will interconnect several areas and facilities of
the City into one pedestrian/bike system.

This is a new project for
inclusion in the FYs 2014-
2017 TIP. The project was
included in the FYs 2011-
2015 TIP, but was not
carried forward to the current
TIP. The amendment adds
the project to the TIP with
remaining CMAQ funds
awarded to the City of
Goodlettsville for the project.
Per MAP-21 requirements,
CMAQ funds have a share of
80% federal and 20% local,
however through an
agreement with TDOT, a
portion of construction funds
for the project are eligible for
100% federal share.
