Project Description This project will expand the existing Freeway Service Patrol Program byacquiring nine new HELP trucks,
adding nine operators, and establishingthree additional routes to provide coverage and services during
peakhours in the five-county Nashville CMAQ air quality maintenance area.

to break out an extra funding
line to show funding amount
intended for acquisition of
capital for this project
(purchase of additional
trucks for program). This
action was necessitated by
FHWA as part of the Buy
America partial waiver
process. Overall project cost
does not change.
