Project Description This project will provide funds to optimize signal operations along four primary arterials: Concord Road
(SR-253), Moores Lane (SR-441), Wilson Pike (SR-252), and Murray Lane. The project will develop
optimized traffic signal operations for thirty-one (31) of the City's traffic signals along these corridors.
