2017-003	This project is being adjusted to add $453,711 (federal) in previously obligated CMAQ funding to the project in FY17. The MPO was directed by FHWA to make this adjustment despite the obligation status of the funding. The "Type of Work" was also updated from "Construction" to "ITS."	12/21/2016
