The City of Hendersonville plans to begin NEPA/PE in fiscal year 2020. Extension letter was sent to TDOT requesting additional time to begin project. Local matching dollars will be programmed in the City’s next budget cycle. Any changes to the project scope and budget will be submitted at the time the project begins with TDOT.	5/14/2019
