12/17/12 - Major tasks include the completion of PE/construction documents, acquisition of ROW and the construction of the project. Project Schedule • Preliminary Engineering – Almost complete • Begin Construction – anticipated to begin in late summer 2013 • Complete Construction in 1 year Project Management The project will follow TDOT construction procedures and will include Construction Engineering Inspections (CEI) as part of project contract. TDOT is responsible for the management of project. The City of Gallatin will continue to work closely with TDOT throughout the remainder of the project to help ensure that it will be completed efficiently and in a timely manner.12/17/2012
