With all design and permitting phases to be completed during the winter of 2013-2014, construction currently is likely to be bid in the early portion of 2014, with a spring 2014 construction estimate. The project will be managed locally by city staff in cooperation with the City's Engineering Consultant. The City will track the progress of the project and submit monthly checklists to TDOT and the MPO determined representatives.
