March 2016 amendment adds new allotment of local STP funds through TDOT's Small Cities allocation program. Allocation was delayed one year due to uncertainties in funding related to a long-term transportation bill. Funds are available to the city from 10/2015 through 9/30/2016 and must be obligated before 9/30/16. Description updated.4/07/2016
