12/28/12 - Projects can be implemented within 12 months and project can be obligated within 12 months. RTA has an experienced procurement and program management staff and is ready to begin procurement and deployment of the program tasks once the notice of award for this project has been granted. RTA has previous success with completing larger capital projects with the use of federal funds. There are no outstanding legal issues that would make this a high-risk project to implement quickly.	12/28/2012

These are new formula funds from the State of Good Repair Program apportioned in February 2014 to the Nashville-Davidson Urbanized Area. The State of Good Repair (SGR) program provides capital assistance for maintenance, rehabilitation, and replacement projects for existing fixed guideway and high intensity motorbus systems.	9/17/2014
