TIP Project #2014-85-057: RTA Master Plan

Develop a Master Plan for the Middle Tennessee RTA. The plan will put forth a set of guiding principles and policies for improving public transportation in the Middle Tennessee region, as well as describe actions and projects to meet short-, medium-, and long-term goals. The RTA Master Plan will be closely coordinated and developed with the Nashville Area MPO's Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) update. The MPO work for the 2040 RTP will serve as the basis for the RTA Master Plan by providing extensive analysis of current and future conditions and providing tools to help guide RTA's priorities.
