Several years ago Conference Drive was constructed as a major thoroughfare connecting Long Hollow Pike and providing access to Vietnam Veterans Highway and the Rivergate Mall. The City is now requesting funding to complete this corridor which will include the following;
Pedestrian safety improvements, bus turn outs and shelters, landscaping, hardscape installation and signage and lighting improvements. These improvements will improve traffic flow, provide a more transit friendly corridor and hopefully encourage business and commercial
development.
