12/21/12 - The project is currently in the design phase with ROW funding projected for FY 2014. The PE and ROW phases are being funding primarily with federal STP funds with the local government providing the required match. The construction phase, currently projected for 2015, will be programmed and funded by TDOT based on the provisions on contractual commitments between TDOT and the City of Murfreesboro.
